1Terms of Use
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with any other documents referred to herein (unless otherwise stated), set out the terms of use governing your use of Our Site, https://fintentional.co.uk (“Our Site”). You may print off and keep a copy of these terms. They are a legal agreement between you and FIntentional (“Us”) and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them on the Our Site.
1.2Your agreement to comply with these Terms is indicated by your use of Our Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using Our Site immediately.
1.3Any goods and services (“Merchandise”) offered for sale by FIntentional will be offered under the specified terms for that purchase. Any goods or services provided via third party web sites linked to Our Site are subject to separate terms and conditions between you and the applicable third party and we shall have no responsibility, obligations or liability in relation to third party merchandise.
2Intellectual Property Rights
2.1The intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright and trade marks) for all content (“Material”) on the Our Site (including, without limitation, text, images and plans) are owned by FIntentional unless otherwise stated and your use of them is limited as set out in clause 2.2.
2.2You are entitled to view, copy, print, access, download and transmit and store our Material for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not (1) remove any notices relating to the ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights in our Material, (2) modify, translate, reverse engineer, reproduce, decompile, disassemble (except as expressly permitted by law) or create derivative works of any of the our Material, and (3) rent, lease, sub-licence, loan, copy or give or transfer any rights in the our Material in any form, to any person or entity without our prior written consent. Any product, process or technology referred to in our Material may be subject to other intellectual property rights and are not made available hereunder.

Please note that although reasonable care is taken to ensure that Our Site and Materials available from it are virus-free, we cannot accept responsibility for any viruses which may affect any material you download.
4Your responsibilities
4.1You may not misuse Our Site (including, without limitation, by hacking, attempting to gain unauthorised access to Our Site or any server on which Our Site is stored, or by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful). You may not attack Our Site via a denial of service attack or a distributed denial of service attack. By breaching this provision you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use Our Site will cease immediately.

4.3.3for any purposes connected to any business, including sending any unsolicited advertisements or promotional material.
4.4You agree to indemnify us against any claims, costs, expenses or legal proceedings caused as a result of your use of Our Site or Merchandise.
5.1Bookings made through this website are done in accordance with these Terms.
5.2Clients should book the free consultation call before using a paid for service to ensure that the service is right for you. Booking a free consultation call is cancellable at any time although we request for clients to give as much notice as possible when cancelling to ensure that the appointment time can be made available to other clients.
5.3Where you have purchased a service from FIntentional then the terms of business issued for those services will take precedence.
6.1We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
7.1Our Terms are governed by the laws of England, and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
7.2If any part of our Terms are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, the validity of the remainder of our Terms will not be affected.
